But lots of Christmas experiences are like that. So ENJOY THEM WHEN YOU CAN. “I always appreciate your description of the flight you and LWW take on Christmas Eve. It so reminds me of my brother, who – as you probably remember, was also a pilot. So glad you got to see the moon,and all the wonderful Christmas lights. It also makes me think of the nights I spent piloting Sheepshead Bay fishing boats and running down the path of the moon. Most folks can’t conceive of the feeling of euphoria, which is absolutely compounded by being with someone you love. Back then, I had a mad love affair going with another boat captain — and I still get starry-eyed remembering those days (and nights)
